Nourished in 30 is more than a recipe book. It’s a kitchen guide, a staple, that I hope will become so stained with food! As a Certified Nutrition and Health Coach with a background in Psychology I know that simply giving you recipes isn’t going to help you on your wellness journey. So I’ve included the tools and tips I share with my clients on a daily basis, including mindful eating strategies, kitchen essentials, meal prep tips and my approach to food.
